Class Schedule
ACE students take 1-2 classes per semester with each other aside from the extracurricular events that are arranged by the program coordinator with the help of student insight. Due to the large number of students from outside colleges and schools, first semester coursework is limited to students who wish to enroll in the following two courses.
Fall Semester
- University Orientation (US 10001)
- Intro. to Sociology (SOC 12050)
During the spring semester students who are in the College of Business Administration and those in other colleges or schools should enroll in the following courses:
Spring Semester
- Intro. to Entrepreneurship (M&IS 24056 *)
- Leadership Workshop (BUS 10195 *)
* Students should see Jennifer L. Noble in 107 BSA to schedule for their spring coursework.
Upper-class students who have met these requirements do not need to enroll in theses classes, but should still apply to the program. The remaining classes are chosen by the students according to their own interests and majors. All classes required by the ACE program will satisfy requirements in any of the colleges that students originate.
"When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome and be a winner, or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser. The choice is yours and yours alone. Refuse to throw in the towel. Go that extra mile that failures refuse to travel. It is far better to be exhausted from success than to be rested from failure." -- Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics
