ANNOUNCING FINANCIAL ENGINEERING
Collaborative DEGREE PROGRAM

Kent State University and the Wang Yanan Institute of Xiamen University of China

In response to the growing number of Chinese students pursuing graduate and undergraduate degrees in the US, Kent State University established a China Center in Beijing on March 1, 2008. The China Center seeks to establish partnerships with leading Chinese Universities and to recruit interested Chinese students for admission into Kent State's graduate and undergraduate degree programs.

Both Kent State University and the Wang Yanan Institute for Studies in Economics (WISE) at Xiamen University have highly regarded programs in Economics and Financial Engineering. The creation of a Collaborative degree program is a natural extension of the values that both institutions place on innovation, research, scholarship, globalization and partnership.

Currently, student application and enrollment are on-going at the Wang Yanan. Due to the keen interest in the newly created collaborative degree program, an admission policy of "first come, first serve" has been imposed.

Prospective students can find more information on admission requirements, application policies, language requirements, tuition, program contacts and other common questions at Wang Yanan Institute's website.
