International Opportunities

The College of Business Administration and the Graduate School of Management at Kent State University encourage students to develop personally and professionally by engaging in any of a variety of international learning experiences.

Study Abroad/Exchanges

Both Undergraduate and Graduate business students have the opportunity to study in a country outside of the United States. You are able to gain exposure to business and culture in a global setting, while still making progress toward completion of your degree at Kent State! Each of the following opportunities is designed with business students in mind:

Other Opportunities are available through the Center for International and Comparative Programs (www.kent.edu/cicp)

International Business Experience

The International Business Experience (IBE) course is a short course (two weeks) designed for Masters students and can be taken as an elective to fulfill the International area course requirement. The course is offered during the summer intersession each year, and includes study in Switzerland and France. Advanced undergraduates may also participate in this course. The College of Business Administration and Graduate School of Management offer some scholarships in support of international study. Students should apply in advance of the planned study abroad or IBE experience. Forms are available in the Undergraduate Programs Office.
