Releasing Information Relating to Student Organizations

The following information will be made available to the University community and the public on an unrestricted basis:

1. Names of student organizations.
2. Mailing addresses for student organizations.
3. Statement of the purpose, powers, and scope of the organization.

The following information will be made available to the University community and the public on a restricted basis:

1. Names of officers or other members of student organizations.
2. Names of the advisors of the organizations.
3. Phone numbers of the organization officers, contact agents, or advisors.

This information may be released for public use only if written permission is secured by the group’s officers or advisors and only in accordance with the policy on the collection and dissemination of information.
