The Financial Management Association is a student organization which is open to all majors. The primary focus of this club is most relevant to finance, economics, and accounting majors. However, the FMA is open to undergraduate students of all majors whose primary interest is a career involving finance, real estate, banking, or investments
There are actually two parts to the FMA--the Student Chapter at your respective university, and the FMA National Honor Society. Both programs are managed by the FMA Student Chapters' Committee, a subset of the FMA Board of Directors. The Student Chapters' Committee derives its authority from the Finance Corporation
FMA National Organization

The Financial Management Association International (FMA) was established in 1970 and has become the global leader in developing and disseminating knowledge about financial decision making. FMA's members include academicians and practitioners across the world.

FMA Chapter Meetings

All FMA meetings are held on Tuesdays at 4:30pm in room 108 of the Business Administration Building at Kent State University. Members interested in employment at any of the speakers' companies are encouraged to bring a resume to the respective speaker's scheduled meeting. Professional dress is expected at some meetings--the membership coordinator will notify members in advance of such an event
